How can i convince ma grandma to let mii go to ma bf house?

Perhaps you can let her know the time you will return to your grandma, that way your grandma can rely on you to arrive on time, however if you fail to convince her, I'd suggest your going out with your other friends, I know lying may seem guilty to do, but if you want to see your boyfriend, It's better to do that! :)
