Why when an Asian guy is in love with a Latina or a White girl he constantly thinks of her?

Is it true that Hispanic and Caucasian women have hypnotizing power over Asian men who are lucky enough to be in a relationship them ? I wonder what makes the White ladies and the Latin ladies so special to all the East Asian males ?
