What do you think about my story?

I can't p an opinion on the story because you haven't written it. The plot seems OK although I had a little difficulty reading what you have written as an introduction. If the story is written the same way then I would have difficulty with that too. You are right when you say it is badly written but you are writing as you are speaking and it doesn't come across very well to old fogeys like me. I wish you well with your writing and I would be interested in reading at least the first chapter as it certainly sounds like an intriguing plot. I haven't read Hunger Games so I can't comment on that.
