my advise: try dating someone else. you seem like a really loyal guy, but i don't think that she's ready for a completely committed relationship. if she comes back in contact with you then i think u should reach out to her again, but until then i think u should try dating someone else. See if shes really the one for u or if your loyalty is just keeping you so attached to her.
