How do you differentiate between the different types of white blood cells under the microscope?

There are five main types of white blood cells Basophils are large granulocytes with a U shaped Nucleus, Eosinophils will also have a U shaped nucleus but will be quite a bit smaller. Neutrophils can be identified by the Clover-Leaf type shape of their nucleus. Monocytes can be identified by their large size and single amorphous nucleus, and finally Lymphocytes are small white blood cells with a more circular shaped nucleus.
