Stewing bramley apples?

You don't need ANY water - you just peel and chop them into sections, [ut them in a small pan, add a couple of desert spoons of sugar, a hint of ground cinnamon and set them over a low heat for about twenty minutes, stirring from time to time. Don't let them boil - just let them simmer gently.
