What is this song? Please help.?

I was listening to Sirius radio yesterday and heard this song. Not sure what station it was but I just remember it sounded like a rock and roll song and the singers were shouting what sounded like,".......", and then the song would continue. The artist sounded kinda like Guns N Roses but not sure. Please help me figure the song out.
