Can credit card companys garnish your wages in north carolina ?

i need to know if cc companys can garnish your wages are do they just sell them to other comapnys and they har the S**t out of you all the time. i found this guy that does mortgage and says he can get negative items removed in 30 to 60 days and increase my score for $100.00. is it worth it. if you think so i will do it to increase my score and get on my feet again.
