Dwayne Bowe, Marion Barber, or Tashard Choice Week 15?

For my flex option, I'm deciding if I should play Dwayne Bowe (playing San Diego) or Marion Barber (playing the Giants). Both are at home. I also have Tashard Choice in case Barber is still hurt. My league is TD only.
