Is this tank setup good enough for two baby turtles?

I have a juvenile razorback musk turtle(2 inches long) and am soon getting a either a baby yellow mud turtle or a baby red ear slider. I have a 20 gallon tank with pebbles larger than their heads. One of those waterfalls with a built in filter, a floating log for basking, UVA, UVB, and basking bulbs, a cave for them to hide in, and plants. I also will be putting feeder fish in the tank. And a turtle heater to keep the water at at least 78 degrees. Will this be enough for the juvenile musk and either a baby res or a baby mud turtle?
