Please help my friend is in need of advise and i dont know what to do?

my friend has a 9 weeks old baby who is being fed, the babies dad lives 45 min away and is now saying that he doesnt want to drive 45min just to see his daughter for 1 hr he is now demanding that she puts her on bottles so he can have her for 4 hours at a time rather than an hour! ( i think this is wrong) up till a few weeks ago my frind was going out with them both when he came to visit his daughter but since a week ago when he threatened her in her own home with he will take her to court and he will sue her for everthing shes got! he arranges to come and she her and then rings last min to say he cant get off work (he is his own boss).he turned up today 30mins early and demanded to have the car seat as he wants her for an hour. she wasnt even ready still in her pj's and dirty nappy from the night before but her wanted her there and then! im really stuck as what to advise my friend as now she is in a complete mess and wants to give up!
