Why do Liberals support the Arabs against the Israelis, but not the Christians in Arab countries?

I mean, they comprise a majority of the population, and they are persecuted like nothing we could ever imagine, but woe unto you if you covert from Islam to Christianity, to Atheism, or any other faith, then you might lose your head.
