Would alloy steel round tube weigh less weight per foot than steel round tube?

alloyed with silicon would be lighter because silicon is lighter AND is a large atom.with large amounts of chromium.nickel molydenum would weigh more.But for general run of low alloy steels the difference in weight is negligible.tolerance on inside and outside diameter would matter much more.
