Do you think this was insulting and rude?

How did he insult you exactly?...He simply said that now it is proven that you are good looking..That is his opinion by the way. How you responded is with confident and uredness which is, "I don't need anyone to tell me, I know that already."...So, if you know it, own it. In a nice way of course>:)
