What constants, if any, are needed to solve problems involving the photoelectric effect and...?

...[cont. from question] the minimum frequency needed to eject an electron. Is 7.08x10^14 Hz a constant for minimum freq needed to eject an electron? I came across a problem where the energy to remove an electron from lithium is given as 4.69x10^-19J and you are asked to solve for the minimum frequency to cause an electron to be ejected from that lithium atom. Use planck's constant 6.63x10^-34.
