i really like the first two lines, but after a bit, it's almost as if you used too much personification. it almost takes away from the beauty of the poem. if it were me, i'd alter the line that talked about the forest smiling and gesturing. HELP water pump not pumping water right?

We just got this house and I am going to be moving out tomorrow for the sake of my animals if we can't get this fixed and know what wrong. I talked to the land lady and she was too busy to help and a 24 emergency plumber who really didn't know what was wrong. I went to fill up my dogs water dishs and no water. So I turned off the well pump power and reset everything and it ran for a secound or two and slowly the water was no more. So I turned off the pump for a few hours tried again and it seems ok but is this going to happen again and why did it happen is my question? I have a animal rescue so water is a MUST. The water pressure I have noticed is a little messed up. If I run the hose outside for the horses and try to use the sink in the kitchen at the same time its not very good at all. Over all I am really not happy. We can't get propane because of code problems still and now this. Propane I will do without for now water I will not if I can't figure this out tomorrow I will leave...

From day to day life I always have mood swings and I get mad so easily it's unbelieveable. Sometimes I will think I am having the best day of my life and then bam, it's the worst and I just want to kill myself? Are these mood swings normal? They get triggered by the smallest things and sometimes nothing? I also get very easily disturbed, saddened, and/or mad. I sometimes cry over stupid things. I love my girlfriend very much, but it really disturbs me (and turns me off) that she has zero table manners. What can I use on my horse for tick bites? (home remedies?)?

I have a 7 year old Thoroughbred gelding. He is out in the pasture at the barn from 8-3 during the days it is nice and gets tick bite from his legs up to his belly, in his mane and around his ears and face. They scab over and they get pretty swollen sometimes. I was told to use iodine but I have also been told it won't do anything but dry out his skin. I asked about rubbing alcohol but I was told it would sting pretty bad if it got under any of the scabs or in open sores. What can I do? Cons (& Pros) of CAD/CAM Dentistry?

They can be good, but many dentists don't do them quite right and the bonding materials they come with are not the best. The studies show that they have a higher fracture rate than resin onlays. If they are placed properly (few dentists REALLY know how), it can last you for years, but will fail at some point. I had one done recently inmy mouth. I am confident that when it fails, it will only break the onlay. What I am seeing in my patients that had them done elsewhere is that theirs are failing by leaking, thus causing the need for full crowns and/or root cs. Just so you know, most dentists that really know how to do them are getting rid of their CEREC machines. I do resin onlays, since they are still pretty with a lower fracture rate. They're a little cheaper, too

Serious menstrual cramps?

I am 27 now and since I was about 20 I have had very severe cramps. It usually only lasts 2 days but for those 2 days I am not able to function. I have to take an overdose of Ibuprofen and lay the whole day in bed with a heating pad. I've tried many different pain killers including a few prescription narcotics but nothing helps much. My other symptoms include (but not always) Diarrhea, vomiting, blackouts, cold sweats accompanied by hot flashes, and pain throughout my entire body especially my abdomen, thighs, and lower back. I have been to several Docs who have all done paps, blood tests, & sonograms to check for any cysts or endometriosis (not sure of the spelling on that one). They've found nothing. Recently I have noticed that I will start spotting about a week or so before my period and even occasionally when I am ovulating. Does anyone have an ideas? Could there be something wrong with me that the docs are missing? Could there be some hormonal thing going on?Or is it that I am just a very unfortunate woman who gets bad cramps? Oh, I don't know if this has any relevance but my mom started going through menopause in her early 40's. Could there be some genetic correlation?

3 month old with swine flu?

My 3 month old was diagnosed with swine flu. Doctor prescribed Tamiflu because he is so young but did not recommend it for my 3 year old. I read lots of bad side effects and am not sure if the risk of pneumonia out weighs the risks of the meds. Please help.

How to sing more clear?

I don't how to put this in words so I'll use examples. Bruno Mars has a real... Clear voice. I've started singing 2 months ago and I noticed my voice getting clearer, too. But my voice sounds ugly when I sing lower, I want to improve that and make it sound clearer in order to remove that ugly sounding voice. Is this possible? Also, I can sing pretty good without instrumentals, but when I've got instrumentals I sound horrible. How can I fix this?

I can't p an opinion on the story because you haven't written it. The plot seems OK although I had a little difficulty reading what you have written as an introduction. If the story is written the same way then I would have difficulty with that too. You are right when you say it is badly written but you are writing as you are speaking and it doesn't come across very well to old fogeys like me. I wish you well with your writing and I would be interested in reading at least the first chapter as it certainly sounds like an intriguing plot. I haven't read Hunger Games so I can't comment on that.

Should I drive a car with an undiagnosed problem for 1200 miles or throw money at uncertain repairs?

I'm driving an 04 Elantra with 83k miles on it that suddenly developed an acceleration problem last week. The RPMs rise very slowly in every gear and I have to use dramatically more gas to speed up than I used to if I want to hit the speed limit in a timely manner. The check engine light is not on and the car makes no unusual smells/noises. I've had two mechanics look at the car and neither could identify the source of my problem. One suspects it's the clutch and the other was quite confident it isn't the clutch. Some people on the internet have suggested it's the fuel pump and filter. Out of desperation I've used two bottles of fuel injector cleaner, changed the air filter and spark plugs. Nothing has helped. I'm on a road trip in New York and have a great deal of driving left before I get home.

My tennants moved out without wanting a walk-through and omg the carpet is destroyed (in the living room only). There is a burn mark on one side, at least 3 yellow urine marks from their dog (which they never asked if they could keep, I only found out bec I showed up early on an appointed time towards the last few weeks of their stay). There is orange juice stain, a lot of spills and dirt and marks that would not come out from a carpet cleaning. They left a $2200 deposit, it would cost more to replace the high quality expensive carpet but it woud not match the bedrooms then, I can do it cheaper for a laminate floor per lots of quotes I'm getting to find the cheapest one but still at least $1,000 for the size of the space. I don't want to end up in court with them contesting this, I've never had such a large cost come up before with a tennant. What is the legal way to go about this and do I have the right to take it out of their deposit? Do I need their permission or anything written/signed first? Please help, I'm having no luck with prsopective tennants once they look at the carpet they are running out and it's costing me a lot in that regards keeping it vacant. (this is in CA).

first of all if you remove your self as the owner of your own group and something happen..you no longer can fix anything in your group. To be a moderator and for you to do that..if you have another e-mail..log on to yahoo and join your group with that e-mail. Now log out and rejoin it with the name you are useing as the owner. Now when your in there look for your other e-mail and then go to edit member and make your self a Moderator that way..I have done this in a few groups on my own and I even made myself a owner with another e-mail i use and the reason is for that if you lose your pword for one e-mail and yahoo id you have your other e-mail as back up..you have to be very careful how you set your self up as if you don't..you will never get back into your group. How do you sew those pre-cut plastic canvas shapes?

This may be a silly question, but I have seen the pre-cut plastic canvas shapes in the store in shapes like hearts and stars and circles. They look cute enough to make a few ornaments for my tree, but I don't see any instructions on them as to the correct way to sew yarn or metallic thread through them. Is there a specific way your supposed to thread the yarn through them to get the best possible look? Are there instructions to these somewhere that I missed? I am getting a bone tumor removed from the side of my leg... they think it is Osteochondroma, but they wont know for sure until they put it under the microscope. because it could be Osteosarcoma. For a week this went on. when the end of the week came around he took off to the side and told me to put out in all my matches or quit. I gave up in a sparring session at boxing one day and the gyms head coach came up to me and said in that short black guy sort off way that if it happened again to find another gym because he would not let some quitter represent his gym. He just seems to be a little people shy. A wayto break it is to shoe him alot of affection. Pick him up when you get the chance and just love him. In time he should come around if you show him you are not out to get him like he may think you are.

Burned my finger?

I burned my hand on a hot glue gun. Yeah stupid I know. And I have a tiny white blister on the top oh my pointer and middle finger. It hurts really bad and if i dont have it on something cool it really painfull and feels warm. How do you treat this burn? I dont think serious medical istance is needed the blisters are less then 1 cm wide.

I was raised Catholic and was taught that GOD created the earth. I am now not a practicing Catholic and I am a major in biology. I personally see no proof or any scientific evidence to prove that there is a higher being. I believe in evolution where there are hard facts. I believe that everyone has a right to their own opinion and I am not one to push my beliefs on others, but where is the proof??? Other than the Bible? Landscaping ideas-HELP?

The steady diet of soda pop and sugary or greasy foods undermines concentration, energy, and intellect in the same way the steady ingestion of elephant-poop propaganda has wreaked havoc upon our nation's collective consciousness and our ability to discern truth from fiction. A stronger focus on daily physical activities and healthy foods certainly won't HURT our country, but a continued obsession with lethargy, inactivity, and junk foods most likely WILL over the long run in more ways than one. Having served in the military (and being relegated to "Pudgy Platoon" the first two weeks of bootcamp for being only 14 pounds over ideal weight---ah, how I long for those days now...lol), I can personally attest to the need for physical fitness in order to more effectively serve in any branch of military.
